justagame.com is committed to protecting the privacy of our Visitors and Customers. Our privacy policy governs our use of private Visitor information and other information about our Visitors and Customers.

Privacy Guidelines
Navigational Data/Tracking
- Justagame collects navigational data about where individual site visitors come from, exit to, and go while on our website. We do not disclose this information to third parties, except for those with whom we have contracted to analyze and safeguard the data on our behalf.
- We use Apollo.io as a contracted analytics and visitor-identification partner. Apollo may identify the company associated with a visit (globally) and, for U.S. visitors where enabled, may match visits to business contact information using third-party data sources. Apollo receives navigational data such as pages viewed and may set first-party cookies to support this service. Apollo uses this information only to provide analytics and identification services to Justagame.
- We may use web browser “cookies” to track progress through our Web site, but the cookies will not be used to collect or store individually identifiable information nor be linked to other information that allows us to identify any specific individual. However, we may use cookies with individual identifiers to support visitor enhancements such as site personalization or other eCommerce features such as product recommendations and your shopping cart.
Information Sharing/Disclosure
- We do not share navigational data with outside companies, except with those with whom we have contracted to analyze and safeguard the data on our behalf.
- To offer our products and services in the best way possible, justagame.com contracts with third party service partners. These partners provide us with data collection, storage, analysis and reporting services and are restricted from using your information in any way other than to help us make our site and services more useful to you and our other visitors.
- We do not disclose individual names or customer contact information (such as telephone numbers, email address, or various personal identification numbers), to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law, or as needed to fulfill an order or deliver a product that a customer has ordered. Service partners will abide by justagame.com’s privacy policies.
- Additionally, we may share information with law enforcement agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigations. In support of maintaining a safe and secure environment for credit card purchases, it is essential to our customers that we use credit card and other billing account numbers only for the fulfillment of purchases or other transactions initiated by our Customers. We do not use credit card or other billing account numbers in other ways without your prior consent.
- We do not release to third parties specific customer account information except to comply with valid legal process or in reasonable efforts to fulfill a transaction initiated by our Customers.
Online Purchases
The objective of the online purchases principle is to protect the information about customer transactions and other online uses from misuse and unauthorized disclosure.
- We may use information about the kinds of products you buy from us to make other marketing offers to you, unless you tell us not to, or to personalize your visits to our Web site. We do not give out this purchase data to others except as specified below.
- We do not give out information about what individual customers purchase, except to complete the transactions or to comply with valid legal process. However, pursuant to specific contracts, we may be required to provide third-parties with listings of specific groups of customers who have made purchases. Generally, this data will be aggregated and not individually identifiable, but this may not be true in all cases.
- When we facilitate a transaction which is to be fulfilled by an outside party, we will not use the specific, individually identifiable transaction information collected from a customer for purposes other than fulfilling the transaction without your prior consent.
Choice
We give you choices about how we use your personal information. The objective of the choice principle is to allow customers to opt-out of future marketing offers.
- We give you choices about how the information that you provide may be used to make marketing offers to you. We provide you with a means to easily remove your contact information (like your email address) from marketing lists should you wish to be removed from our 100% opt-in Email subscribers list.
- We do not sell or rent customer contact information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Mobile Application
This privacy policy applies to the Justagame mobile application (com.justagame.app) for Android and iOS in addition to our websites. The application is used by event staff and organization members to sell and scan tickets, take point-of-sale payments, and view schedules and statistics. It accesses, collects, uses, and shares data as follows.
Data the application collects
- Account and sign-in data. You sign in through our identity service at
id.justagame.com. We collect your name, email address, and the organizations, teams, and events your account is permitted to access, so that we can authenticate you and show you the correct content. Sign-in tokens are held in the operating system’s encrypted secure storage on your device. - Device identifier and app information. Each request the application makes to our servers includes a persistent device identifier, your operating system name, and the installed app version. We use these to authorize ticket-scanning devices, to distinguish one scanner from another at an event, and to support and troubleshoot the application.
- Purchase, ticket, and order data. When you sell or buy tickets, merchandise, or point-of-sale items, we collect the resulting order, ticket, and transaction records, including amounts, items, and the event or organization involved.
- Payment data. Card payments are captured and processed by Stripe, including through Stripe Terminal card readers for in-person sales. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and by the card reader hardware. Justagame does not receive or store full card numbers.
Device permissions the application requests
- Camera. Used to scan ticket and QR codes. Camera imagery is processed on the device for the scan and is not stored or transmitted by Justagame.
- Bluetooth. Used to discover and connect to supported Stripe card readers for in-person sales. We do not use Bluetooth to track you or to detect nearby users.
- Location. Requested only because Stripe requires device location in order to discover and register nearby card readers for in-person payments. Location is used for card-reader connection and Stripe’s payment fraud and compliance requirements. Justagame does not use location for advertising, and does not track your location in the background for our own purposes.
- Notifications. If you enable notifications, we store a push token issued by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send event, order, and schedule updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
How application data is shared
- We share this data only with the service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — Stripe (payment processing and card readers) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery) — and with the organization whose event, team, or store you are interacting with.
- The application does not include advertising, advertising identifiers, or third-party advertising software development kits. We do not sell application user data, and we do not use it for advertising or for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Retention and deletion of application data
We retain account records for as long as your account is active, and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm your request and delete the data we are not required by law to retain.
Business Platform and Integration Data
When you use the Justagame platform to run your business, we collect and process the account, user, business, customer, invoice, order, payment, tax, and integration data needed to provide the service. We use this data to provide syncing, reporting, support, auditing, and general platform functionality. We do not sell customer data.
QuickBooks Online Integration
- If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, we access and synchronize the authorized accounting data through Intuit’s APIs strictly according to the scopes you approve during authorization (for example, customers, invoices, payments, items, and tax codes).
- We use this data solely to provide the synchronization, reporting, support, and auditing features of the platform. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
- Access tokens and refresh tokens for QuickBooks Online are encrypted at rest. We do not log access tokens, refresh tokens, or full sensitive payloads.
- You can disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time from the integration settings in your dashboard, which revokes our access and stops future synchronization.
- You can request deletion of your data or obtain support by contacting us using the details below.
