Location:  JYMS Indoor Swimming Pool -  1531 Draper St., Baraboo

Swimming Lessons Fee:   $70.00 for residents of the Baraboo School District
$90.00 for non-residents of the Baraboo School District

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED 
Swimmers may sign up for only one session at this time.

Registration Begins:  Tuesday, January 27, 2025 - online - 12:00 AM

Descripiton of Level 2
6 years old and older who have passed Preschool 3 or Level 1
Swimmers learn how to do these skills on their own:
  • Step from the side into chest-deep water
  • Fully submerge and hold their breath for 10 seconds
  • Push off the pool bottom and tread water or float on their back for 15 seconds; swim on their front for five body lengths, then exit the water.
  • Move into a back float for 15 seconds, roll onto their front, and continue swimming for five body lengths.
After completing Level 2, swimmers should sign up for Level 3.
