The purpose of this program is to help student athletes become more competitive by helping build their strength, muscle, coordination, speed, and agility. The Strength and Conditioning program will help athletes to gain confidence and comfortability in the weight room. Additionally, Strength and Conditioning will aid in preventing injuries throughout the course of the season. Strength training isn’t about how much weight you can lift, it's about becoming a more well-rounded athlete and creating a healthier lifestyle for years to come.
